ClimaTwin exhibited at the Environmental Business Council’s (EBC) Seventh Annual New England Climate Change and Resiliency Summit on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, University Crossing Atrium, and Moloney Ballroom. The Summit brought together leaders from across New England to discuss how the region is preparing for the “new norm” of rapidly changing climate conditions.
The agenda featured a state leadership panel and moderated discussion with representatives from Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, focused on how each state is strengthening climate readiness across infrastructure assets, local communities, and natural systems. The program then transitioned into a poster session highlighting a wide range of climate adaptation and resiliency plans and on-the-ground projects from across the region, creating opportunities for attendees to share lessons learned, compare critical approaches, and identify collaboration pathways.
At the ClimaTwin exhibit, attendees learned how Climate Risk Intelligence™ supported climate adaptation and resiliency planning by translating forward-looking climate science into decision-ready insights. ClimaTwin showcased approaches for assessing the physical and financial impacts of future weather and climate extremes across infrastructure assets, capital programs, and investment portfolios, helping organizations prioritize actions and communicate risk with greater clarity.
“We’re grateful to the Environmental Business Council, the Summit organizers, and our hosts at UMass Lowell for convening New England’s climate leaders around the shared challenge of building resilience in a changing climate. The EBC Climate Change and Resiliency Summit creates a valuable forum to move from awareness to action, and ClimaTwin is proud to support this work by translating forward-looking climate science into decision-ready insights that help our communities, owners, engineers, investors, and insurers plan and invest with greater confidence.” — Adam Omansky, Co-founder and CEO of ClimaTwin
