BOSTON, MA, December 13, 2021 — ClimaTwin™, Climate Risk Analysis for Infrastructure Digital Twins™, is proud to join the Digital Twin Consortium, a global ecosystem of industry, government, and academia. The consortium was founded to accelerate the development, adoption, interoperability, and security of digital twins and enabling technologies across industries.

The Digital Twin Consortium supports the innovation of digital twin technology. Three primary objectives of the consortium: 1. influence the direction of the digital twin industry; 2. improve interoperability of digital twin technologies; and, 3. influence the requirements for digital twin standards.

Further, global membership affirms its commitment to using digital twins throughout operations, driving best practices, and defining standards requirements. The Digital Twin Consortium Steering Committee includes: Ansys, Autodesk, Bentley, Dell, GE Digital, Johnson Controls, Lendlease, Microsoft, and Northrop Grumman.
